Terms of Use

These terms are between you and [COMPANY LEGAL NAME] ("FlexBlitz", "we", "us"), [COMPANY ADDRESS]. By creating an account you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.
1. Who may use FlexBlitz
You must be at least 16 years old. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only use FlexBlitz with the consent of a parent or guardian. Publishing content for money has a higher age bar — see the Creator & Monetization Terms.
One person, one account. You are responsible for everything done with your account and for keeping your password to yourself.
2. Your account and your handle
Your username is public. It appears beside your scores, in rooms, on leaderboards and under your comments. Do not choose a handle that impersonates someone else; we may reclaim a handle that does.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, the Community Guidelines, or the law. Where we can, we tell you why.
3. Exercise, the camera, and your safety
FlexBlitz counts repetitions from your phone's camera using on-device pose estimation. It is a game and a training aid. It is not a medical device, a coach, or a physiotherapist, and nothing in the app is medical advice.
- Exercise carries risk. Train within your ability, clear your space, and stop if something hurts.
- Rep counts, form scores and calorie figures are estimates produced by a model. They can be wrong in both directions. Do not rely on them for anything that matters medically.
- If you have a condition that makes exercise risky for you, talk to a qualified professional before using the app.
4. Fair play
Scores are competitive and are shown to other people, so the integrity of a count matters more than any individual result.
You may not: feed the camera recorded or generated video; use another person to perform your reps; script, modify or intercept the app or its API to change a result; or run multiple accounts to influence a room, a team or a leaderboard.
We may void scores, reset a leaderboard, remove a team's points, or close an account for any of these — including retroactively, once a pattern is detected.
5. Subscriptions and payments
Paid plans are described in the app at the point of purchase.
- Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are billed by Apple or Google under their terms. Cancellations and refunds follow those stores' rules, and we cannot process them for you.
- Purchases made by card through our payment processor renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal; access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.
- Prices may change. We will tell you before a change affects a renewal.
6. Your content
You keep ownership of what you post. By posting it you give us the licence set out in the Creator & Monetization Terms so we can host it and show it to other users. You are responsible for having the rights to everything you post, including music.
7. What we do not promise
The service is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted, that scores will always be counted correctly, or that content will be stored forever. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
8. Ending your use
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. Deletion is described in the Privacy Policy, including the small set of records we must keep.
We may change these terms. For a change that materially affects you we will give notice in the app before it takes effect, and continuing to use FlexBlitz after that date means you accept the new version.
9. Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, and the courts of Thailand have jurisdiction, without affecting any consumer right you have to bring a claim where you live.
